Summary
This command will let you set up a verifier that will, when a user clicks it, automatically scan their wallets and give them a certain role for holding a specific number of your Toucans tokens.

projectid - Your DAO's project id. It is the last part of your project's URL. For example, the project id of https://toucans.ecdao.org/p/BallerzFC is BallerzFC
amount - the amount of tokens the user must own
role - the role the citizen should get if they pass
